The problem of young students bullying or being bullied,
especially through the internet or social media isn't new.
Sometimes there is even news of a young student *(see next line)
committing suicide who was bullied on the internet
resulting in an opposition campaign to demand
for new laws to punish wrongdoers.
But Izzy Kalman, writer and creator of the website
Bullies2Buddies.com disagrees tremendously
with the anti-bullying campaign movement.
He gives the reason that new laws are often ineffective
causing a need to keep coming out with additional laws.
