The thing that President Obama and the Republican Party must
try to agree on before the end of this year
is how much to reduce budget expenses
in which areas
and how to increase tax revenues in order to reduce the total budget deficit.
Along with the need to agree whether or not to expand the US government's debt ceiling higher than the current 16 trillion dollar level
so that the US government will be able to borrow additional money.
